Twilight Gardens located in Norwalk, OH is currently seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team!Twilight Gardens is a long-term care facility that specializes in individualized care and rehab for our residents. Join our growing team of caring staff to see where your new career can take you!
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain maintenance policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, etc.
- Participate in facility surveys
- Service heating and cooling units/systems
- General maintenance duties

Qualifications:
- Experience in a maintenance position
- General maintenance knowledge
